Moody fined $250 on a conspiracy charge

A Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to a conspiracy charge.  47 year old TRESA S. MOODY appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

MOODY pleaded guilty to one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF COCAINE.  Judge Agostini ordered that she pay a $250 fine.     

MOODY conspired with others to possess cocaine in Pittsfield on March 7, 2012. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield, Lenox, Lanesborough, Adams, Great Barrington and Lee Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
