Neyer enters not guilty pleas on sexual assault charges

A Plattsburgh, New York man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on sexual assault charges.  23 year old DAVID NEYER appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

NEYER had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on nine (9) counts of RAPE AND ABUSE OF A CHILD.  Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $50,000 cash or $500,000 surety bail on the condition NEYER have no contact with the alleged victim. 

The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between July 24, 2012 and September 2, 2012 and involved a girl who is 13 years of age. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
