A Springfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  35 year old ISAAC L. PIZARRO a/k/a B.O. (247 Pine Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.

It is alleged that PIZARRO sold cocaine in Pittsfield on August 25, 2011 and September 26, 2011.  The TRAFFICKING and CONSPIRACY charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Lenoxdale on April 3, 2012.  The charge of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2nd offense) stems from the execution of a search warrant in Pittsfield on April 3, 2012.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield, Lenox, Adams and lee Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
