Pizzaro enters a not guilty plea
A Springfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on a conspiracy charge. 35 year old ISAAC L. PIZARRO a/k/a B.O. (247 Pine Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.
PIZARRO had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE. PIZARRO is being held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on bail from a previous case.
It is alleged that PIZARRO conspired with others to sell cocaine in Pittsfield on April 11, 2012.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield, Lenox, Lanesborough, Adams, Great Barrington and Lee Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
