Provencher pleads guilty, sentencing in June
A Hinsdale man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to child pornography charges. 37 year old AARON PROVENCHER appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.
PROVENCHER pleaded guilty to three (3) counts of DISSEMINATION OF VISUAL MATERIAL OF A CHILD IN A STATE OF NUDITY OR SEXUAL CONDUCT and twelve (12) counts of KNOWINGLY POSSESSING VISUAL MATERIAL OF A CHILD DEPICTED IN SEXUAL CONDUCT. Judge Ford released him on personal recognizance pending sentencing which will occur on June 25th at 2 p.m. .
The incidents occurred in Hinsdale between November 10, 2009 and December 1, 2009.
The investigation was conducted by state police detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office.
