Reilly pleads guilty to drug charges

A Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges.  33 year old COLLEEN REILLY (3 Esther Terrace) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

REILLY pleaded guilty to one (1) count of POSSESSION OF OXYCODONE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE.  Judge Agostini ordered that she serve an 18 month sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the charge of POSSESSION OF OXYCODONE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE.  REILLY was placed on 2 years probation on the other charge on the condition she remain drug free and undergo testing during the probationary period.      

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at her home on December 8, 2010. 

The investigation was conducted by inspectors from the United States Postal Service, members of the Pittsfield Police Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
