Riddle arraigned on unarmed robbery charge

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  28 year old CHRISTOPHER M. RIDDLE a/k/a CHRIS RIDDLE appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

RIDDLE had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of UNARMED ROBBERY and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN.  Judge Agostini ordered that RIDDLE be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $5,000 cash or $50,000 surety bail. 

It is alleged that RIDDLE took money from the Dunkin Donuts on Dalton Avenue in Pittsfield on July 12, 2012. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
