Roberts arraigned on B&E and larceny charges

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  24 year old LANCE O. ROBERTS appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

ROBERTS had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and one (1) count of LARCENY FROM A BUILDING.  Judge Agostini set bail at $100 as ROBERTS is being held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on other charges.    

The incident is alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield on July 20, 2012. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
