Roraback pleads guilty, placed on probation

A Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to several charges.  22 year old MARLEY RORABACK appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

RORABACK pleaded guilty to one (1) count of ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT, TO WIT: BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and one (1) count of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250 in connection with an incident in Pittsfield on August 17, 2011. 

Judge Agostini placed her on 1 year probation.          

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
