Sadlow is arraigned in Superior Court

A Plainfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  44 year old KEVIN J. SADLOW (40 Windsor Pond Road) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

SADLOW had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF XANAX WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF AMBIEN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS.  Judge Ford released him on $5,000 cash or $50,000 surety bail on the condition SADLOW remain drug and alcohol free and undergo random testing.    

The charges stem from an incident in Adams on February 11, 2012.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Adams Police Department.
