Sigsbury is arraigned on a larceny charge
A Pownal, Vermont man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 52 year old KENNETH SIGSBURY appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.
SIGSBURY had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of MAKING FALSE ENTRIES INTO CORPORATE RECORDS and one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250, ONGOING AND CONTINUING OFFENSE. Judge Ford released him on personal recognizance.
It is alleged that SIGSBURY, while employed at Berkshire Anodizing in North Adams, took approximately $160,000. The incident is alleged to have occurred between February 1, 2011 and December 14, 2011.
The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
