Stall enters not guilty pleas in Superior Court
A Chatham, New York woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 30 year old JENNIFER M. STALL (30 Beale Road) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
STALL had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on two (2) counts of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: UTTERING A FALSE PRESCRIPTION, two (2) counts of ATTEMPT TO COMMIT A CRIME, TO WIT: FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, eight (8) counts of MAKING A FALSE HEALTH CARE CLAIM and eight (8) counts of FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance.
It is alleged that STALL conspired with others to obtain prescription drugs and did obtain the drugs through the use of a fraudulent prescription. The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between March 14, 2011 and August 30, 2011.
The investigation was conducted by Investigators assigned to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and Massachusetts State Police assigned to the Diversion Investigative Unit.
