Thompson is arraigned in Superior Court

A Dalton man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  31 year old MAHADI SHADI THOMPSON (447 High Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

THOMPSON had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on two (2) counts of LARCENY FROM A PERSON.  Judge Ford ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $30,000 cash or $300,000 surety bail. 

It is alleged that THOMPSON took money from employees of the Convenience Plus in Pittsfield and 7-Eleven in Adams on December 10, 2012.    

The investigations were conducted by members of the Pittsfield and Adams Police Departments.
