Trottier arraigned on a 1984 case in Superior Court
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 51 year old THOMAS J. TROTTIER appeared before Judge John Agostini.
TROTTIER had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, one (1) count of LARCENY, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM WITHOUT A FIREARM IDENTIFICATION CARD, and two (2) counts of LARCENY BY FALSE PRETENSE in connection with a break into a home in Lanesborough on January 6, 1984
Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $25,000 bail.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Lanesborough Police Department.
