Willor pleads guilty, sent to state prison

A North Adams man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges.  39 year old FRANCIS J. WILLOR, JR. (455 State Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

WILLOR pleaded guilty to two (2) counts of POSSESSION OF OXYCODONE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS in connection with the execution of a search warrant at his home on November 6, 2009.

WILLOR also pleaded guilty to three (3) counts of ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY MEANS OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON and two (2) counts of ASSAULT BY MEANS OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON in connection with an incident involving a man in North Adams on March 7, 2011. 

Judge Ford ordered that WILLOR serve concurrent 3 to 3 and a half year state prison sentences at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction.    

The investigations were conducted by members of the North Adams and Adams Police Departments and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
