Wood appears on an unarmed robbery charge
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court in connection with a bank robbery in Pittsfield. 31 year old BRANDON C. WOOD appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.
WOOD had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of UNARMED ROBBERY in connection with the theft of money from the Elm Street branch of Greylock Federal Credit Union on March 30, 2012.
Judge Ford ordered that WOOD be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $100,000 cash or $1,000,000 surety bail.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department with assistance from the Boston Office of the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force.
