Yon appears in Superior Court on B&E and larceny charges

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  24 year old RYAN G. YON (168 Daniels Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

YON had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A MOTOR VEHICLE INN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250 and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT LARCENY OVER $250.  Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance on the condition YON have no contact with the alleged victim.          

The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on July 20, 2011.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the Lee Police Department.
