Arnspiger appears in Superior Court, will be sentenced October 9th

A Pittsfield man appeared in Berkshire Superior Court this morning.  24 year old MILES M. ARNSPIGER appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

ARNSPIGER admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding on one (1) count of BURNING A BUILDING and one (1) count of MAKING A BOMB THREAT CAUSING SERIOUS PUBLIC ALARM.  Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance on the condition ARNSPIGER stay away from Canyon Ranch, wear a GPS monitor and abide by a curfew pending sentencing which will occur on October 9th at 2 p.m.    

ARNSPIGER, while employed by Canyon Ranch, made a bomb threat and set fire to an outbuilding on the property.  The incidents occurred on May 19, 2012 and August 9, 2012.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the Lenox Police Department.
