Bondini is sent to jail on drug and conspiracy charges
A North Adams man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court several charges. 29 year old NICHOLAS D. BONDINI appeared before Judge John Agostini.
BONDINI had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF METHADONE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and two (2) counts of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS. Judge Agostini ordered that he serve concurrent 1 year sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction.
The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Adams and North Adams between November 1, 2010 and November 25, 2010.
Six (6) counts of POSSESSION OF OXYCONTIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, seven (7) counts of DISTRIBUTION OF OXYCODONE, two (2) counts of POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and eleven (11) counts of DRUG VIOLATION WITHIN A DRUG FREE SCHOOL ZONE were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams and Adams Police Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
