Boudreau pleads guilty, sent to state prison

A Pittsfield man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to an armed robbery charge.  29 year old BRIAN D. BOUDREAU, JR. (57 Brown Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.

BOUDREAU pleaded guilty to one (1) count of ARMED ROBBERY.  Judge Agostini ordered that he serve a 3 and a half to 5 year state prison sentence at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction.    

BOUDREAU held up a clerk at Berkshire Pipe and Tobacco on Tyler Street in Pittsfield on May 19, 2013. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
