Cepeda is arraigned on B&E and other charges
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 34 year old TEDDY CEPEDA (13 Danforth Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
CEPEDA had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, one (1) count of ASSAULT BY MEANS OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON and one (1) count of MANUFACTURING COCAINE. Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance on the condition CEPADA abide by the conditions of a restraining order.
The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield that allegedly occurred on May 16, 2013.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
