Denzel Moody enters not guilty pleas in Superior Court

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges. 19 year old DENZEL C. MOODY (288 First Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford

MOODY had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, two (2) counts of DRUG VIOLATION WITHIN A DRUG FREE PARK ZONE and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF ECSTACY.  Judge Ford ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $2,000 bail. 

The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on January 10, 2013. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
