Dicenzo enters not guilty pleas in Superior Court

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  36 year old MICHAEL J. DICENZO, JR. (279 Onota Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

DICENZO had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of LARCENY FROM A BUILDING, one (1) count of INTIMIDATION OF A WITNESS OR OTHER PERSON, one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250 and one (1) count of VIOLATION OF AN ABUSE PREVENTION ORDER.  Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance on the condition he have no contact with the alleged victims. 

The charges stem from incidents in Pittsfield that allegedly occurred between March 22, 2013 and July 15, 2013.      

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
