DiLorenzo enters not guilty pleas in Superior Court

A Lanesborough man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on kidnapping and other charges.  20 year old FRANK DILORENZO III (75 Meadow Lane) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

DILORENZO had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count KIDNAPPING, two (2) counts of ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY MEANS OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON,  three (3) counts of ASSAULT BY MEANS OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON and one (1) count of ASSAULT AND BATTERY.   Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without bail pending a dangerousness hearing. 

The incident is alleged to have occurred in Lanesborough between January 15, 2013 and January 18, 2013 and involved a 19 year old woman.  

The investigation was conducted by members of the Lanesborough Police Department.
