Gardner has her case continued without a finding

A Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to several charges.  27 year old JUSTINE L. GARDNER appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

GARDNER pleaded guilty to one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250 and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT LARCENY OVER $250.  Judge Agostini continued the charges without a finding for 1 year on the condition GARDNER refrain from using illegal drugs and undergo drug testing and counseling.  She will also have to perform 30 hours of Community Service.  

The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on July 20, 2011.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the Lee Police Department.
