Gordon pleads guilty, placed on probation

A Dalton woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to several charges.  30 year old SARAH B. GORDON appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

GORDON pleaded guilty to two (2) counts of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, two (2) counts of LARCENY OVER $250, two (2) counts of LARCENY IN A BUILDING and one (1) count of LARCENY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.  Judge Ford placed her on 2 years probation on the condition GORDON refrain from using drugs and undergo testing during the probationary period.         

The charges stem from house breaks in Dalton and Lee on May 29, 2011 and June 3, 2011.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the Dalton, Lee, Pittsfield and Hinsdale Police Departments.
