Graham placed on probation on pornography charges

A Pittsfield man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to child pornography charges.  35 year old SCOTT L. GRAHAM appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

GRAHAM pleaded guilty to five (5) counts of KNOWINGLY POSSESSING VISUAL MATERIAL OF A CHILD DEPICTED IN SEXUAL CONDUCT.  Judge Ford placed him on 1 year probation on the condition GRAHAM continue sexual offender counseling and mental health treatment, forfeit all computers and media storage devices seized by police, not own a computer or cell phone with internet access and not posses any type of pornography during the probationary period.    

GRAHAM was in possession of child pornography in Pittsfield on July 19, 2010. 

The investigation was conducted by state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
