Handy has his drug case continued for six months
A Pittsfield man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to a drug charge. 18 year old MYLES T. HANDY appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.
HANDY pleaded guilty to one (1) count of POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE. Judge Ford continued his case without a finding for 6 months.
The charge stems from the execution of a search warrant on Linden Street in Pittsfield on September 19, 2012.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield, Lanesborough and Great Barrington Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
