Haughey enters not guilty pleas in Superior Court

A Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  21 year old ANN M. HAUGHEY (30 Kearney Avenue) appeared before Judge Mary Lou Rup. 

HAUGHEY had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on one (1) count of MISUSE OF A CREDIT CARD and one (1) count of FRAUDULENT USE OF A CREDIT CARD in connection with an incident that occurred in Pittsfield on February 16, 2013.

She also pleaded not guilty to one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250 in connection with a break in Richmond on March 13, 2013. 

Judge Rup released her on $2,500 bail.    

The investigations were conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department and state troopers assigned to the Lee barracks.
