Hebert will serve jail time on B&E and other charges

An Adams woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to several charges.  33 year old BRANDY L. HEBERT a/k/a BRANDY LEE MARIE HEBERT appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

HEBERT pleaded guilty to three (3) counts of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, seven (7) counts of LARCENY OF A FIREARM, four (4) counts of CONSPIRACY, TO WIT: BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN.  Judge Agostini ordered her to serve concurrent 9 month sentences to the Berkshire County House of Correction on the charges of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, LARCENY OF A FIREARM, CONSPIRACY, TO WIT: BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY.  The POSSESSION OF COCAINE and POSSESSION OF HEROIN charges were continued without a finding.      

The charges stem from house breaks in Cheshire between April 13, 2012 and August 31, 2012. 

One (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, seven (7) counts of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN and one (1) count of BEING PRESENT WHERE HEROIN IS KEPT were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Adams Police Department and state troopers assigned to the Cheshire barracks.
