Hill enters a not guilty plea on a drug charge
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court. 47 year old CRAIG A. HILL (236 Columbus Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
HILL had not a guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2nd offense). Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $5,000 cash or $50,000 surety bail.
The charge stems from a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on January 12, 2013.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
