Hughes pleads guilty to drug charges
A Springfield man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges. 34 year old THADDEUS L. HUGHES a/k/a DAMIEN JORDAN and BOOGS appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.
HUGHES pleaded guilty to two (2) counts of DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE. Judge Ford ordered that he serve concurrent 3 year state prison sentences at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction.
HUGHES admitted selling cocaine in Pittsfield on November 9, 2009 and November 18, 2009.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, and members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
