Irvis is arraigned on firearm charges in Superior Court
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on firearms charges. 23 year old BAYSHAWN IRVIS (95 Parker Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
IRVIS had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN, one (1) count of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A LOADED FIREARM and one (1) count of VIOLATION OF A FIREARM SURRENDER ORDER in connection with an incident alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield on February 10, 2013.
Judge Agostini ordered that IRVIS be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $2,500 bail.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
