Jones has his case continued without a finding

A Pittsfield man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to a conspiracy charge.  37 year old EUGENE G. JONES appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

JONES pleaded guilty to one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE.  Judge Agostini continued his case without a finding for 1 year on the condition JONES refrain from using illegal drugs and undergo testing.      

JONES conspired with others to sell cocaine in Pittsfield between March 9, 2012 and April 20, 2012.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield, Lenox, Lanesborough, Adams, Great Barrington and Lee Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
