Kazimierczak pleads guilty, sent to jail

An Adams woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to several charges.  44 year old FELISA D. KAZIMIERCZAK appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

KAZIMIERCZAK pleaded guilty to one (1) count of KIDNAPPING, one (1) count of MISLEADING A POLICE OFFICER OR OTHER PERSON, one (1) count of FILING A FALSE CRIME REPORT, one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250 and one (1) count of MAKING FALSE ENTRIES INTO CORPORATE BOOKS.  Judge Agostini ordered that she serve concurrent 2 year sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the charges of KIDNAPPING and MISLEADING A POLICE OFFICER OR OTHER PERSON.  KAZIMIERCZAK was given a 2 year house of correction sentence, to be served on and after the first sentence, on the LARCENY OVER $250 charge.  She was given concurrent house time on the other charges. 

KAZIMIERCZAK while employed at Greylock Federal Credit Union took approximately $60,000.  The incident occurred in Pittsfield on March 1, 2012.    

One (1) count of EMBEZZLEMENT FROM A BANK was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
