Kenyon pleads guilty to armed robbery charges, sentencing later this month
A Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to several charges. 50 year old DANIELLE A. KENYON a/k/a DANIELLE MACIK appeared before Judge John Agostini.
KENYON pleaded guilty to five (5) counts of ARMED ROBBERY WHILE MASKED. Judge Agostini ordered that she be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without the right to bail pending sentencing which will occur March 28, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
KENYON took money from the Getty Gas Station on February 5, 2012, Angelina’s Sub Shop on February 18, 2012, Palmer’s Variety Store on February 21, 2012 and Lipton Mart on February 25, 2012. All of the incidents occurred in Pittsfield.
The investigations were conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
