Kuklewicz sentenced to jail on an unarmed robbery charge

A Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to several charges.  33 year old JEANNE K. KUKLEWICZ a/k/a JEANNE K. BAKER, JEANNE POLANSKI and JEANNE TODD appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

KUKLEWICZ pleaded guilty to one (1) count of UNARMED ROBBERY, one (1) count of ASSAULT AND BATTERY ON A PUBLIC EMPLOYEE, one (1) count of RESISTING ARREST and one (1) count of DISORDERLY CONDUCT.  Judge Agostini ordered her to serve 1 year of a 2 year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction on the charge of ASSAULT AND BATTERY ON A PUBLIC EMPLOYEE.  KUKLEWICZ was placed on 2 years probation on the UNARMED ROBBERY charge.  During the probationary period she will not be allowed to use illegal drugs and must undergo testing and counseling.  KUKLEWICZ was given concurrent house of correction time on the other charges. 

KUKLEWICZ was involved in an unarmed robbery at the Price Chopper in Pittsfield on August 11, 2012.  The other charges stem from her arrest the following day in Pittsfield.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
