Ladouceur pleads guilty to drug charges, placed on probation

A Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges.  29 year old AMY L. LADOUCEUR appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

LADOUCEUR pleaded guilty to one (1) count of DISTRIBUTION OF OXYCODONE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS.  Judge Agostini placed her on 2 years probation on the condition LADOUCEUR refrain from using illegal drugs and undergo testing during the probationary period.   

LADOUCEUR sold oxycodone and conspired with others to sell the drug in Pittsfield on January 3, 2012.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
