Latimer has case continued for one year

A North Adams man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to several charges.  34 year old LANCE C. LATIMER appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

LATIMER pleaded guilty to two (2) counts of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250.  Judge Agostini continued the charges without a finding for one year on the condition LATIMER stay away from Williams College.    

LATIMER was in possession of stolen property in North Adams between February 24, 2012 and March 9, 2012. 

Two (2) counts of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE NIGHTTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250 were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Williamstown and North Adams Police Departments.
