Maschino is arraigned in Superior Court on B&E and larceny charges

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  21 year old CHRISTOPHER J. MASCHINO (47 Lakeview Street) appeared before Judge C. Jeffrey Kinder. 

MASCHINO had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of LARCENY UNDER $250 and one (1) count of LARCENY, ONGOING AND CONTINUING OFFENSE in connection with an incident that occurred in Pittsfield between September 6, 2012 and October 28, 2012.

He also pleaded not guilty to one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY And one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $250 in connection with a break in Richmond on March 13, 2013. 

Judge Kinder ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $50,000 bail.  

The investigations were conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department and state troopers assigned to the Lee barracks.
