Mayotte pleads guilty, will be sentenced in September
A Pittsfield man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to motor vehicle charges. 48 year old DONALD E. MAYOTTE appeared before Judge John Agostini.
MAYOTTE pleaded guilty to one (1) count of OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL (5th offense), one (1) count of OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE and one (1) count of FAILURE TO STOP FOR A STOP SIGN. He will be sentenced on September 5, 2013. MAYOTTE remains on $2,500 bail on the condition he not operate a motor vehicle during the pendency of his criminal case.
The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on September 11, 2012.
The investigation was conducted by state troopers assigned to the Cheshire barracks.
