Mullen enters not guilty pleas in Superior Court
A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 22 year old JAMES M. MULLEN (59 Brown Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
MULLEN had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and four (4) counts of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250. Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $25,000 cash or $250,000 surety bail.
The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between March 23, 2013 and April 4, 2013.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
