Pizarro pleads guilty to drug charges, sent to state prison

A Springfield man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges.  36 year old ISAAC L. PIZARRO a/k/a B.O. appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

PIZARRO pleaded guilty to three (3) counts of DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and two (2) counts of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS.  Judge Agostini ordered that he serve concurrent 3 and a half to 5 and a half year state prison sentences at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction.    

The incidents occurred in Pittsfield between August 25, 2011 and April 11, 2012. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield, Lenox, Adams and lee Police Departments, the Berkshire County  Sheriff’s Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
