Quintero enters a not guilty plea on a sexual assault charge

A Dalton man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on a sexual assault charge.  39 year old RICHARD P. QUINTERO (891 Richard Drive) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

QUINTERO had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of RAPE in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred in Lanesborough on October 14, 2012 and involved a 47 year old woman. 

Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance on the condition QUINTERO have no contact with the alleged victim. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Lanesborough Police Department.
