Reale enters a not guilty plea on a drug charge

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on a drug charge.  20 year old KEVIN REALE (3 Avon Place) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

REALE had a not guilty plea entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE.  Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance.

The charge stems from an incident in Pittsfield on February 12, 2013.   

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
