Rosander arraigned on drug and firearm charges
A North Adams man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on firearm and drug charges. 30 year old DAVID J. ROSANDER (21 Hoosac Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
ROSANDER had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN COCAINE, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM DURING THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY, one (1) count of ILLEGAL OWNERSHIP OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION WITHOUT A FIREARM IDENTIFICATION CARD, one (1) count of IMPROPER STORAGE OF A FIREARM and one (1) count of ASSAULT AND BATTERY. Judge Agostini released him on $1,500 bail.
The charges stem from an incident in North Adams on February 10, 2013.
The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
