Talley sent to jail on a drug charge

A Pittsfield man pleaded guilty afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to a drug charge.  29 year old LEMARR S. TALLEY appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

TALLEY pleaded guilty to one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE in connection with a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on August 22, 2011. 

Judge Ford ordered that TALLEY serve a 2 and half year sentence at the Berkshire County House of Correction. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
