Tremble held on drug and gun charges

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  23 year old ROBERT J. TREMBLE (118 Winesap Road) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

TREMBLE had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN OXYCODONE, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF OXYCODONE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2nd offense), one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM DURING THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM , RIFLE OR SHOTGUN WITH A PRIOR CONVICTION FOR A SERIOUS DRUG OFFENSE, one (1) count of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM, one (1) count of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A LOADED FIREARM, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION WITHOUT A FIREARM IDENTIFICATION CARD and one (1) count of RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $250.  Judge Ford ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $50,000 bail.       

The incident is alleged to have occurred in North Adams on December 8, 2013. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
