Tucker appears in Superior Court on drug charges

A North Adams man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges.  34 year old MARC A. TUCKER appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

TUCKER pleaded guilty to two (2) counts of POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE.   Judge Agostini ordered that he serve concurrent 6 month sentences at the Berkshire County House of Correction.    

The incidents occurred in North Adams on November 5, 2010 and November 15, 2010.

Two (2) counts of DRUG VIOLATION WITHIN A DRUG FREE SCHOOL ZONE were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams and Adams Police Departments and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire County Drug Task Force.
