Vickery enters not guilty pleas on B&E and firearm charges

A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  23 year old MICHAEL A. VICKERY (1980 East Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

VICKERY had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of BREAKING AND ENTERING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY and two (2) counts of LARCENY OF A FIREARM.  Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance. 

It is alleged that VICKERY broke into a home in Hinsdale and was in possession of stolen property.  The incidents are alleged to have occurred between January 19, 2013 and February 25, 2013.   

The investigation was conducted members of the Lanesborough Police Department and state troopers assigned to the Lee barracks.
